Official preparedness updates
Dated publications from connected government publishers. New campaigns, standing guidance and local instructions retain their source context.
What changed at the source?
Follow official publications from the UK Cabinet Office, Norway’s DSB, Germany’s BBK and Sweden’s Krisinformation.se. Original-language headlines keep their source dates and link to the publisher.
Refreshes hourly while open. Other countries have direct references in the country directory; their preparedness updates are not connected automatically. A readiness keyword match does not establish that a binding order was issued.

These are rack.org download/check times, not government announcement dates.
No matching publications in the fetched feed windows. This does not establish that no instructions or emergencies exist.
How to read these updates
The country filter refers to the publisher, not necessarily the place affected. “Readiness matches” filters headlines and short descriptions for relevant terms; choose all news to see the rest of the fetched material. Campaigns, exercises and guidance can all match.
“First published” is the publisher’s original publication date. UK readiness matches use GOV.UK’s Content API to retrieve it where available. “Publisher feed date” is the date supplied by an RSS feed; that feed may not distinguish an original release from republication. “Source updated” is separate. If an original date cannot be retrieved, it stays unknown. “New to this browser” means an item was not in this browser’s previous saved list, rather than proof it was just issued.
These are rolling feeds, not a complete historical archive or a complete worldwide alert service. There are no push/email alerts or background checks. Failed refreshes retain the saved download date; copies older than 72 hours are hidden.

Government guidance and local instructions take priority. These links remain available if a feed is interrupted.
Source content is attributed to the named publisher. GOV.UK material is available under the Open Government Licence v3.0 except where stated. DSB feed content is kept separate from our commentary. Nothing here infers the meaning of coded military messages.
