EAS live feed
Read EAS messages directly from FEMA IPAWS-OPEN, with original issuer text, affected areas, UTC timestamps and clearly marked tests.
From the source.
Messages are retrieved directly from FEMA’s EAS feed, with original issuer text, affected areas and times. Routine tests, updates and cancellations remain clearly labeled. This is the internet CAP feed for EAS; a record’s presence does not confirm that it aired on a particular TV or radio station.
Coverage, freshness and message limits
The feed covers messages FEMA makes available for EAS delivery. It is not every weather alert, WEA phone alert, local radio reception or worldwide warning. Original timestamps include time-zone offsets and are displayed here in UTC. Expired alerts and superseded messages are removed from this snapshot; this is not a complete historical log.
Checks run every two minutes while this page is visible. Outages and delayed cancellations are possible. The last good snapshot is also saved in this browser for up to ten minutes, so a brief failed reload can show dated records with a warning. Known expired and superseded records are removed; a successful download replaces the saved copy. A busy feed may be partial; the page states when listed messages could not be retrieved. CAP records are obtained over HTTPS from FEMA; this site does not independently verify their XML digital signatures. Use your issuing authority and normal local warning channels for current instructions.
